House Rules

Occupancy and Guests

The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. Only pre-registered persons may stay overnight at the villa. Events, celebrations or parties require explicit prior consent from the owner.

Quiet Hours

We ask for consideration towards the neighbourhood – particularly during evening and night hours. The peaceful surroundings of Skiathos are part of what makes this location special.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at Villa Baboo.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

Use of the pool and outdoor areas is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We recommend using the outdoor shower before entering the pool.

The children's area (approx. 20 cm water depth) does not replace the duty of supervision.

Please leave the BBQ area clean after use.

Furnishings and Equipment

Please treat all furnishings and equipment with care. Report any damage or defects without delay so we can address them promptly. Please do not rearrange heavy furniture.

Energy and Resources

Please be mindful of electricity and water usage. Air conditioning should be switched off when windows and doors are open.

Security

Please lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. A central safe is available for valuables.

Departure

Please leave the villa in a tidy condition upon departure. Basic kitchen cleanliness and proper waste disposal are appreciated. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
