Inquiries and Booking

An inquiry via our contact form or by email does not constitute a binding booking. It serves as a non-binding way of getting in touch and discussing your wishes and availability.

A booking is confirmed only through written confirmation on our part – typically in the form of an individual rental offer or rental agreement. The booking becomes binding upon mutual acceptance.

Prices

Prices listed on the website are guide prices and are quoted per night for the entire villa (up to 12 guests). The binding price will be stated in your individual offer.

Seasonal guide prices:

  • Low season (May): from €1,500 / night
  • Mid season (June–July, September): from €2,000 / night
  • High season (August): from €2,500 / night
  • October and other periods: available on request

Included: electricity, water, WiFi, bed linen, towels, pool towels, concierge service, private parking and welcome information pack.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the individual rental agreement. Typically, a deposit is due upon booking confirmation, with the balance payable before arrival.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for each stay. The amount depends on the rental duration, rental price and number of guests and will be communicated before the contract is signed. The deposit is returned after the orderly handover of the villa and inspection of its condition. Any documented damages may be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in the individual offer and form part of the rental agreement. We endeavour to offer fair and transparent conditions – please don't hesitate to ask.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Flexible times may be arranged subject to availability. Airport transfers are available on request (optional extra).

Occupancy

The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. Only pre-registered persons may stay overnight. Events or celebrations require explicit prior consent.

Damages

Please report any damage to the property, furnishings or outdoor areas without delay. Normal wear and tear is of course excluded. Documented damages may be deducted from the security deposit.
